RQF Level 1 Award in Construction Health & Safety

In depth training for anyone working in, or aspiring to work in the construction industry. Carried out on site with flexible learning packages bespoke to suit the skills and experience of the site operatives. This training positively assists the management of health and safety on site, training the workforce to understand the benefits of best practice and safe working.

Completion:

Delegates will learn to interpret, and produce basic, site documents such as risk assessments and method statements, spotting hazards on site and putting control measures in place. The course encompasses practical training in skills such as: manual handling, work at height, substances in construction, working around plant and site signage.

Progression:

Successful completion of the Level 1 H&S for construction course qualifies delegates , who also pass the CITB Health, Safety and Environment Assessment, to apply for registration with the CSCS Scheme.
